Around the same time that you posted this, this post made me come to a realization about myself too.

I wrote that line down and looked at it daily: "I haven't shipped anything and I'm not going to make it" until I finally shipped. Now I've been shipping for months and only good things have come of it.

So, thank you Yacine. Looking forward to Dingboard's acquisition of Adobe in a few years.

I thought you wanted to ship something quickly to establish a feedback/debug loop with the user. The advantage of feedback loops is that you waste way less time on doing meaningless things that dont add any value to the user. Product is not the moat, processes used to create the product is moat, if you have a process that cannot be easily replicated by competitors, you have a moat. Processes are the real moat, you want to strike the perfect balance between simplicity (to not make your life any harder) and complexity (increases moat strength).
